"Prince of Persia - The Sands of Time" Review
Well ... after far too long abstinence have treasure and yesterday I again made cinema uncertain. And because it's so pretty empty at noon, we have to stop for 15 clock "Prince of Persia" looked.
I must note here: may well be that at the moment anyway, only white bread is cast, but Jake Gyllenhaal has never been so sexy. It is normally not my type and when he was wearing his hood, he looked just like bubihaft in "The Day After Tomorrow," but when his hair was so beautiful verschitzt face hanging, he looked very good. And - he had suddenly Muscles. Jake Gyllenhaal
But definitely not the reason for me to watch this film, find something more important:
Yes, I found the film well. I remember the small white box great prince, the sooner you or by cute Jump'n was allowed to control run level and the last game (before the movie) I liked it too.
Gyllenhaal is now visually a mix of the last two parts - I particularly like that they have adopted this term rather rover type one.
The settings were great, the terrific shots. Even the special effects were impressive. Precisely the way they have taken the typical elements of the game and realized I liked. For example, if Dastan (OMG, he had a name ) somewhere down jumped, he landed sometimes in slow motion and filmed from the ground - to look really nice.
Also Gehüpfe Geschwinge and was built well and looked great.
Ebeneso well I found the fight choreography.
Surprisingly, even I liked the story. Nothing new, nothing revolutionary, but exciting, well told and at times very funny. Has to do with the game is not necessarily what, but let's face it: it was all over for something else.
and 2 hours only Gehopse without progress in the plot would be boring.
Who me not so pleased were the Hassa Sine. Somehow the unprincipled to me .... But the fighting was still glaring. Also
Tamina was not my case. She had moments in which I liked, but I'm not a fan of female characters who are said to come over total, dynamic and independent, but then only rumkreischen and do as the last Depp. The good looking but rather from impressive, but the Gemotze were annoying and the constant whining and screaming. Especially if she's still 10 minutes earlier been able to defend themselves and so, only to be totally free in the next moment and to make, as they had in life never seen a gun. Nevertheless, the
were squabbles between her and Dastan quite funny, some really entertaining and Jake Gyllenhaal was (despite concerns on my part) amazing good and compelling - but only if he had the dark hair on the face.
Grandios again the soundtrack. Harry Gregson-Williams has nunmal's always on it. Similarity to Hans Zimmer can be heard, but to get over, because it just sounds cool. Now listen to die.
All in all a good film, very nicely done, great image, very nice costumes, good atmosphere and special effects really great. "Jump back in time," Above all it was great to see.
I'm satisfied. Well ... another
