Supernatural an Anime?

I just read about it and I was like: holy fuck, what the hell are they doing?
Then I thought: well, maybe - just maybe - it would be cool. It mostly depends on their style of drawing. From what I already saw I've to admit it doesn't look too bad.

And I found myself thinking that Supernatural is not just Supernatural anymore 'cause there are so many fanfictions, arts, manips and stuff that Dean and Sam created a life of their own despite the TV show. But an anime?
I mean, yes, okay, japanese guys are pretty good with synchonisation but Dean and Sam talking in japanse? Holy crap!
And if they do synchronise it in english, I'm pretty damn sure it will not be done by J2.

So it wouldn't be the best 'cause I always loved the original voices of Dean and Sam and if this would be missing, it wouldn't fit!

The story, as far as I know, will be set between season 1 and 2 with some original episodes from the show and some new cases and monsters which were never mentioned and also some childhood sequences. Sounds okay...I just hope they will not mess it up!
Even little scenes with Dean and Sam as chibi characters or SD types could be funny but nonetheless it is a mystery series, bloody and dark, and not for children. I know, there're plenty of none-cild animes out there (at least Dante's Inferno) but I fear they will turn Supernatural into a ... comedy related whatever thing so it would reach more watchers without being for adults (or young adults). And I'm already pissed about how many little kiddos watch SPN wiithout even care about the characters themselves.

For them, it's just another yaoi couple. I definetively do ship Wincest, 'cause it's super obvious but I do not watch it just because of that slashy fact. And I fear hat's exactly what it will be when SPN starts as an anime.
Another really important thing: please, don't make them too bishified! Sam and Dean are men...I mean, they're men !
Not seventeen years old boys! I like japanese drawing style much more than american comic style so I'm sure I could like Sam and Dean in a bishified way but I still hope they're able to catch their "manly appearence" without making them look like little boys...

...let's see. I will watch it, I'm sure, just to see how it turned out but I'm kinda worried. And it seems, most of the fans are, too. Fandom seems not to be so happy 'bout all this. But Kripke himself is involved into the animation thing so maybe he will make sure they don't screw it?
Well, we've to wait until January, 2011 (DVD release in February) and first, I want to watch the sixth season original TV show!
Stay tuned ...

EDIT: Seems like J2 will sychronise the episodes animation! Yeah! That's good news!
